This offer is open to all Stratford clients (with some restrictions and limitations, of course)

1. Pay for domain registration and web hosting for one year minimum: $264.00.

2. Prepay all orders with a credit card with current information on file.

3. Maintain software support at all times, prepaying one year minimum. (Pay $937.50 for 10 months and get the 11th and 12th months at no additional charge)

4. Initial setup of web site and initial registration of domain name: $40.00 for a limited time (one time charge)

5. Stratford will apply for your domain and manage the DNS for you, but it will remain your property.

6. You agree that domain registration is regulated and is not controlled by Stratford and charges may change. Stratford does not have DNS servers. We use an ICANN accredited registrar such as VeriSign.

7. Websites with more than 20 pages and/or 2 megabytes will incur an additional charge.

8. You must supply the web site content to Stratford. This charge does not include any design work or more than one minor change per month after the initial setup. Additional changes will require additional charges. If you do not know anything about web sites, no problem. We will help. We designed our web site and that is typical of what we can do. We can host more extensive, elaborate web sites using Apache2, PHP, Python, Perl, etc but we will probably sub-contract it and the cost will be significantly more.

9. You can receive your email using your domain: example anything@MedicalAssociatesInc.com. Stratford will not host your email, but we will manage the MX records so that your email will go to your email host. You will be responsible for selecting the email host, type of plan you want and any charges from the host. We will try to help if you ask, but we will not be responsible for your email. At this time Google will host your domain email at no charge. We use it for some domains and it works as well as any host we are aware of. Google, of course, may change its policies at any time. If you use Google, we will apply for you and help with the setup. We will assign a password and test it. After that, we recommend you log in and change the password and from that time on, it will be your responsibility. Your email is your personal, confidential property and we will never accept responsibility for it and we will not have any access to it. If you accept any email from your patients, you should be aware that it is covered by the HIPAA law (just one of the reasons that Stratford will not accept responsibility for it or access to it)

10. Stratford reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time with 30 days notice. Should that happen, we will refund any amounts that we have received for the web site hosting only. This excludes the domain registration as that is your property. It also excludes any charges for software support and all other labor charges.

Note that this offer is for an Internet web site using your personal domain name. If you only want a web site that is a page on our web site, we will probably do that for you at no charge. See the 'Users' page for examples.
