Be sure to include:
1. The type of credit card (we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and
AmericanExpress & echeck)
2. The Credit card number
3. The expiration date
4. The CVV number (3 or 4 digits - We must have this)
5. The name on the card
6. Credit Card billing address
7. The amount you want to pay
8. Your account number (on your monthly statement) and enough information so we
can post your payment to the correct account. We recommend that you email and
ask for a confirmation of payment received.
An alternative to the above would be to fax a copy of your check - you must have your Stratford account number on the front side of the check - to be sure we post to the correct account.
If you have a scanner that creates a readable image, you are welcome to attach that scan to an email. We will reply to your email with confirmation.
