What is a Stratford user meeting?

Stratford user meetings are informal.

We have lots of time for questions.

Anything that is of interest to a healthcare professional, billing service, etc may be scheduled.

Our meetings are open to our users and (sometimes) to our potential users by invitation only.

We will discuss and answer questions about our Windows-compiled program, billing issues and whatever you want to discuss. We will discuss the new scheduler. We will discuss our new EDI transmission program. We may even talk about HIPAA issues as they may relate to Stratford Software and you.

Our meetings are held in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Please RSVP by March 18th. RSVP by March 1st to be eligible to enter a drawing for one month's support (see below).

The next meeting will be March 21 & 22 at the Treasure Island hotel. This weekend is "March Madness" in Las Vegas so there should be plenty to do. Check it out - go to www.google.com and search for "march madness las vegas"

1. Cost is $199 per attendee.

2. Accounts with a 'continuous' software maintenance agreement for at least one year (or continuously since becoming a customer) only: there is a discount of $50 per attendee from that account.

3. In addition we will have a drawing for some coupons good for one month's support credit on an account. At least one attendee from that account must be present Saturday morning to receive the coupon. Limit one coupon per account. You must RSVP prior to March 1st to be eligible.

Room rates are typically $185/night up on the weekend. Because this is a 'special' weekend in 'Vegas' we are unable to block a group of rooms, sorry. We found the best hotel rates on www.travelworm.com. We recommend making your reservations early. The nearest hotel to the Treasure Island is the Mirage and there is a tram connecting the two hotels. About 1/2 mile north on the strip is Circus-Circus. For the high-rollers, Caesar's Palace and Bellagio are South, and the Venetian is across the street. Also, Ballys, Paris and Aladdin are close enough to walk.

You will have an opportunity to meet with Stratford support and programming personnel. You will have an opportunity to ask questions. You will learn some new things about Stratford Software. We will show the appointment scheduler and our new transmit module that requires no third party software like PCPlus/Procomm. It is possible that we will have 'palm' devices integrated with the windows-only program, but that is not certain at this time.

You will have an opportunity to see and enjoy the Las Vegas sights. Las Vegas is a big city with lots to do. Bring your comfortable clothes and walking shoes. We recommend arriving sometime March 21 and staying at least 2 nights. Did you know that airline tickets are usually cheaper if you have a Saturday between arrival and departure?

The next meeting will be held at the Treasure Island hotel across the street from one of the largest shopping centers in the world with all the major department stores. The Treasure Island hotel has a show named Mystere-Cirque du Soleil that you must see at least once.

Schedule for the meeting:

Friday - March 21
6pm - 8:30pm - reception, snacks - nothing formal, just talk.

Saturday - March 22
8:30am - 9:30 - continental breakfast
9:30am - 12 noon  - meeting

The meeting is in the Mediterranean room. Use the room elevators to the second floor. Keep going left as you leave the elevators and go past the wedding chapel.
