Regulatory Compliance statements.1. We ship in-stock paper products the same day we receive payment by 1pm PST, via UPS or a different method that you request. 2. Paper products: If we made a mistake we will send a replacement (or complete refund including shipping and tax, your choice.) and a call tag to pick up the incorrect merchandise. If you made the mistake on the order form, you must pay for the return shipment and any difference in price. We cannot accept merchandise that is not in unused, resalable condition. Software support: There is no refund on software sales or support or anything that is labor intensive. Our software license and support prices are here. If you have not used the Stratford software, we encourage you to download our free trial to make sure it runs on your equipment and you approve of it. The trial version is exactly the same software as the 'full' version with the single exception that you can only enter 25 patients. Our software does not need to be 'activated' and it does not expire (subject to the license agreement integrated with the software). 4. Consumer Privacy statement: We will not sell/exchange any customer information with any third party for marketing or other purposes.
