- Software support: $<see main page on this web site=X> for updates and support for 1 month. Due in
advance.
- If we have your credit card information on file, you may authorize automatic
pay.
- If you require any files or data and you must download them. We advise you to get email and a high speed Internet connection.
- Software support includes updates to the software
- If you are not now subscribing to software support, there is a minimum startup
of 1 month of X plus $500.00 and then if you continue, we will automatically
charge your account $X per month if that is what you want. If you have had
support and let it lapse, we require a minimum payment for $674.90 to re-activate your support.
If you subscribe to support
- You should update your software at least
quarterly, more often as necessary. You must download the updates. You may get any necessary software
updates by Internet download any time, day
or night at no additional charge.
- Certain special software support fixes may be emailed to you if you can
accept files that way.
Training by telephone.
- Included in the purchase price
- Advanced and additional training is available by appointment (always at
additional charge)
- $295 minimum charge for telephone training - maximum 5 hours (this is our
standard training and may be the only training that is available to you)

We do not offer training for healthcare billing. We depend on our clients to
know how to do their billing.
