User meeting in 2006June 23/24 2006Stratford user meetings are informal. We have lots of time for questions. (Please see "last minute information below) Anything that is of interest to a healthcare professional, billing service, etc may be scheduled. Our users help us plan our meetings. Have you written to us? support@stratfordsoftware.com Our meetings are open to our users and (sometimes) to our potential users by invitation only. We will discuss and answer questions about our Windows-compiled program, billing issues and whatever you want to discuss. We may even talk about HIPAA issues as they may relate to Stratford Software and you. Our meetings are held in Las Vegas, Nevada. Please RSVP by June 15, 2006. The next meeting will be at the MGM Grand hotel. (Itinerary below) 1. Cost is $199 per attendee. 2. Accounts with a 'continuous' software maintenance agreement for at least one year (or continuously since becoming a client) only: there is a discount of $100 per attendee from that account. 3. In addition we will have a drawing for some coupons good for one month's support credit. At least one attendee from that account must be present Saturday morning to receive the coupon. Limit one coupon per account. You must RSVP and pay in full prior to April 15th 2006 to be eligible. You will have an opportunity to meet with Stratford support and programming personnel. You will have an opportunity to ask questions. You will learn some new things about Stratford Software. We will show the appointment scheduler, EMR (Electronic Medical Record) screens and Allergy screens. We recommend arriving sometime Friday and stay at least 2 nights. Did you know that airline tickets are usually less expensive if you have a Saturday between arrival and departure? We recommend that you bring your laptop. If you have a question about your account or the software, we can look at it with you. Schedule for the meeting: 2nd floor of the MGM Grand convention center. Note: it is a long walk from the main hotel and casino. The convention center is a very large building. Everything is inside and air conditioned. Bring your comfortable shoes. Friday - June 23 Saturday - June 24 Check with the hotel http://www.mgmgrand.com/ for room rates. Sometimes they have a promo for a suite at a very reasonable price. You can enjoy the Las Vegas sights. Las Vegas is a big city with lots to do. Bring your comfortable clothes and walking shoes. Some people think that La Femme at the MGM is the best show of its type in Las Vegas. The MGM grand is at the South end of 'the strip' not far from the airport. It has a tram station for a fast connection to hotels on the East side of 'the strip' all the way to the Hilton and convention center. From the MGM hotel you can walk West over the 'strip' to NewYork-NewYork and then South to the Excalibur hotel and take the tram to the Mandalay Bay hotel or you can walk underground to the Luxor and then to Mandalay Bay. Last minute information We would like for attendees to submit a question and/or topic for us to go over at the conference. Please include as much information as possible. Send this in an email to support@stratfordsoftware.com We may want to reply to ask you a question to make sure we know for sure what you want discussed. This is your chance to discuss things that may not be appropriate for day to day support. We recommend that you bring your laptop. If you have a question about your account, we can look at it with you. We will have the latest update and can load it if you want.
