User meeting in 2005What is a Stratford user meeting?Stratford user meetings are informal. We have lots of time for questions. (Please see "last minute information below) Anything that is of interest to a healthcare professional, billing service, etc may be scheduled. Our users help us plan our meetings. Have you written to us? support@stratfordsoftware.com Our meetings are open to our users and (sometimes) to our potential users by invitation only. We will discuss and answer questions about our Windows-compiled program, billing issues and whatever you want to discuss. We will discuss the new scheduler. We will discuss our new EDI transmission program. We may even talk about HIPAA issues as they may relate to Stratford Software and you. Our meetings are held in Las Vegas, Nevada. Please RSVP by February 10, 2005. The next meeting will be February 18 & 19 at the Treasure Island hotel. (Itinerary below) 1. Cost is $199 per attendee. 2. Accounts with a 'continuous' software maintenance agreement for at least one year (or continuously since becoming a customer) only: there is a discount of $100 per attendee from that account. 3. In addition we will have a drawing for some coupons good for one month's support credit. At least one attendee from that account must be present Saturday morning to receive the coupon. Limit one coupon per account. You must RSVP prior to January 15th 2005 to be eligible. You will have an opportunity to meet with Stratford support and programming personnel. You will have an opportunity to ask questions. You will learn some new things about Stratford Software. We will show the appointment scheduler and our new transmit module that requires no third party software like PCPlus/Procomm. It is possible that we will have our new reporting program integrated with the windows-only program, but that is not certain at this time. We recommend arriving sometime February 18th and stay at least 2 nights. Did you know that airline tickets are usually cheaper if you have a Saturday between arrival and departure? We recommend that you bring your laptop. If you have a question about your account, we can look at it with you. Schedule for the meeting: (confirmed) Friday - February 18 Saturday - February 19 Check with the hotel http://www.treasureisland.com/ for room rates. Sometimes they have a promo for a suite at a very reasonable price. The nearest hotel is the Mirage. It is very nice and more expensive. North on the strip is the Frontier and Circus-Circus. Caesar's Palace, Bellagio, Ballys, Paris, Mirage and Aladdin are South and close enough to walk. The Venetian is across the street. One of the largest shopping centers in the world is across the street, with all the major department stores. The Treasure Island hotel has a show named Mystere-Cirque du Soleil that you must see at least once. You can enjoy the Las Vegas sights. Las Vegas is a big city with lots to do. Bring your comfortable clothes and walking shoes. The new tram is finished that connects the MGM Grand with the Hilton hotel and convention center. It runs directly behind the Venetian hotel (the nearest stop is at Ballys). From the MGM hotel you can walk over the 'strip' to NewYork-NewYork and then to the Excalibur hotel and take the tram to the Mandalay Bay hotel. If you would like to attend, let us know. Last minute information We would like for attendees to submit a question and/or topic for us to go over at the conference. Please include as much information as possible. Send this in an email to support@stratfordsoftware.com We may want to reply to ask you a question to make sure we know for sure what you want discussed. This is your chance to discuss things that may not be appropriate for day to day support. We recommend that you bring your laptop. If you have a question about your account, we can look at it with you. We will have the latest update and can load it if you want.
